Join Joanna Letourneau, Owner of Blackbird Baking Co., in The Classroom at Noted for a beginner Cooking Decorating Class. Joanna will walk you through decorating a half dozen Valentine’s Day Themed Cookies. Learn about various decorating techniques including icing consistency, baking tips and tricks, piping, flooding and more.  

JoAnna has been decorating cookies for almost 10 years and has worked with some amazing clients such as Macys, Boston Bruins, Boston Celtics and more. Her cookies have become a South Shore favorite and Blackbird has been named best dessert on the South Shore the last 2 years by SS home Life and Style Magazine.  These days you can find Blackbird cruising around in their vintage Italian Piaggio Apé bringing elevated champagne and desserts displays to weddings and events.
