Shipping + Pick UP
Our small team makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders same day, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow up to 5 business days for your online orders to ship from our Allston production studio. All orders over $35 purchased in our online store ship free via standard USPS ground shipping.
You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands. Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Boston, MA.
All orders over $35 ship free via standard USPS ground shipping, if you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express at checkout.

At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website. In the meantime, if you are interested in international shipping please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to make it happen!
Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, used candles and diffusers cannot be return or exchanged. Unused candles and diffusers may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another scent within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer to a different date, or receive credit via a gift card, with written notice provided to us via email at least 5 days in advance of the class date.
