2020 Holiday Schedule
We are not offering any blowout or site wide sales this year for black Friday, small business Saturday or cyber Monday. We do our best to give our customers the best possible pricing all the time, and giving deep discounts is very difficult for our business. We make our products in Boston, MA and pay our team a fair wage, we source our materials and ingredients from US based suppliers and make our products with clean, non-toxic, high quality ingredients. Shipping timelines this year are guaranteed to be unpredictable. Our best advice, shop early or shop in person. To the best of our ability, we are predicting that orders placed via our website through December 18th will arrive at their destination by 12/24. As with most things in 2020, who really knows what will happen, so no promises.
We also believe you will be able to place orders through 12/21 with the Express Shipping upgrade at checkout for delivery by 12/24 but this is a real wild card.
We are open in South Boston through 2pm on 12/24. If you want something very specific, please place your order online prior to 12/23 and select pick up at checkout, we will have exactly what you want, ready and waiting for you. Otherwise, pop in and browse our options up to 2pm on 12/24.
Beginning Saturday, November 28th and running through Saturday, December 20th, our studio will now also be open on Saturday's from 10am to 4pm for order pick ups, shopping, returns and refills. If you would like to visit outside of these, or our standard hours (see below) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.
Shipping + Pick UP
Our small team makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders same day, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow up to 5 business days for your online orders to leave our South Boston studio. All items purchased in our online store ship free via standard USPS ground shipping. We ship Monday through Saturday but do not ship on federal holidays.
You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands. Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Boston, MA.
All items ship free via standard USPS ground shipping, if you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express at checkout. You may also pick-up your order from our South Boston studio and see where the magic happens. If that option is selected we will contact you after your order is processed to setup a time but we are open for pick ups Monday - Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am to 5pm EST, and by appointment on the weekends.

Returns + Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, used candles and diffusers cannot be return or exchanged. Unused candles and diffusers may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another scent within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable but you are welcome to transfer to a different date, or receive credit via a gift card, with written notice provided to us via email at least 5 days in advance of the class date.
