Shipping + Pick UP


All items purchased in our online store ship free via standard USPS ground shipping. 


Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays and before noon on Saturdays ship the same day via USPS. Orders placed between noon on Saturday and 4pm Monday ship on Monday. We do not ship on federal holidays, generally if the postal service is closed your package will ship the next day they are open. 


You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands.  Please allow 2-5 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Boston, MA. 


All items ship free via standard USPS ground shipping, if you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express at checkout. You may also pick-up your order from our South Boston studio and see where the magic happens. If that option is selected we will contact you after your order is processed to setup a time but we are open for pick ups Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm and by appointment on weekends.

You may also pick up your order from our South Boston studio for 10% off your entire order (enter code PICKUP at checkout) then you'll also get to meet the team and see where the magic happens! If that option is selected we will contact you after your order is processed to confirm your pick up time, we are generally in the studio weekdays from 9am to 6pm but other arrangements are always possible. Need your candles RIGHT NOW? You're more than welcome to come shop in person at the studio, call to let us know you're coming (857) 496-1496.


At this time we are unable to process international orders through our website.In the meantime, if you are interested in international shipping please email us at hello@notedcandles.com and we will do our best to make it happen!





Returns + Exchanges


Due to the nature of our product, used candles and diffusers cannot be return or exchanged. Unused candles and diffusers may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for another scent within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned items. In the event the products are damaged during shipping from us to you, we will refund or replacement the item within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof must be immediately provided via email to hello@notedcandles.com.
