Public Candle Class Tickets - All Dates
UPDATE: Saturday, March 8th 2025 will be the last Candle Making Class offered until September 2025. Ashley is expecting a new baby this spring and will be taking some time off from teaching classes through the summer. Our Shop will be open normally and our Get Creative Classes will continue through that time. Please send a note to hello@notedcandles.com if you have any questions at all. Remember, Candle Class Vouchers do not expire, and can be used in the same way as any Gift Card to book different class tickets or to buy products from our online and brick and mortar stores.Ā See you in the fall!

This is the original local candle making experience, going strong after 5 years offering classes in our workshop before anyone else in the Greater Boston Area. We started offering Candle Classes in the fall of 2019 with zero idea how it would work out. Fast forward and even through a pandemic shutdown we've hosted over 2,000 people (and counting) in our Candle Classes. We're 100% confident they would all agree Noted. Candle Making Classes are like no other and we would love for you to see for yourself!
Join us in the Noted. Classroom for a Candle Making Class in our Hingham, MA HQ. Each class is hosted by Ashley the owner of Noted. and takes about 90 minutes. These classes are perfect for the aspiring Chandler, super fun as an alternative to another dinner or crowded bar for time with your bestie, a twist on date night, or a creative way to connect with friends, family and coworkers.
Things to know:
- Your ticket includes all supplies needed to make one 8oz Candle and a Match Bottle.
- We offer each person a complimentary alcoholic beverage (we have great non-alcoholic options too). Public Classes are not byob.
- Candles will need to be picked up from us at a later date, or will be shipped for a fee.
- Public Class Tickets are sold in advance, check out our new Drop-in Candle Making Experience for more flexible scheduling.
- Tickets are not refundable or transferable. It's like buying tickets to a concert, the show goes on whether you are there or not. Sorry!
- We seat groups together. Parties of 6-7 will have their own table, otherwise you will be seated with other groups but your crew will all be together.
- We do not allow children under the age of 10 in class and any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The public classes are geared towards adults but we find that the pre-teens/teens also do great! Our Private Classes can be altered to fit a younger group and are great for Birthday Parties.

Our new address is 1 Whiting Street, Hingham, MA 02043. We no longer have any affiliation with our past addresses in South Boston or Allston, MA.
Class Details
Each person will choose the style and fragrance forĀ their candle which you will then make fromĀ scratch.Ā To round out your set, you will also customize one of ourĀ Match Bottles! The ticket price includes all your class materials. We also offer a complementary glass of wine for class, to everyone 21+ of course.Ā
IMORTANT
Your candles will not be ready to go home with you at the end of the session. We encourage you to pick them up at a later date, but we also offer return shipping for $10.
Please plan to be in the space for about 90 minutes.
