Shipping policy

April 2025 Shipping + Processing Update

Our small team makes all of our products lovingly by hand. We do our best to ship all orders on the same business day they are received, but sometimes they just need a little extra care so please allow 3 business days for your online orders to ship from our Workshop. All domestic orders of $65 or more ship FREE via UPS Ground service.

You will receive the tracking information via email as soon as it leaves our hands.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Hingham, MA. If you would like your order expedited please select Priority Express or UPS Express at checkout. 

We also offer online ordering for in person pickup at checkout. Orders are generally ready for pickup the next business day, you will be alerted when your order is ready please confirm our Shop hours before arrival.
