covid-19 business impacts
last updated 03.31.2020
The Noted Team is always focused on maintaining a safe environment for our customers, cleaning between workshops and encouraging employees to stay home when sick. In addition to these normal practices, we have made some big changes to our operations which we believe to be crucial as good citizens of this community. Ashley (owner) is the only remaining employee working but is making new inventory and shipping orders, such that the rest of the team can maintain a safe distance. We are choosing to limit our interaction with the public to help reduce the spread of Covid-19 and the potential burden on our healthcare system and hope that you are all staying safe as well. We are taking all possible steps to limit the risk of contamination in our shipping process and therefore our online store will stay open and operational.
We will use this page to provide updates on our approach as the expert information available to us changes.
Shipping | Pick UP | Delivery
SHIPPING: We are still shipping all online orders normally. So long as the USPS is still active, your packages will still get to you.
IN STUDIO PICK UP: Our studio is NOT offering order pick up or in person shopping. We will reopen when it is safe for us to to do.
DELIVERY: If you live within the 02127 zip code we are happy to provide same day drop off for online orders placed before 4pm Monday through Friday and before noon on Saturday. Please only select this option if it will be safe/secure for us to leave your package unattended at your location.
Our workshops have been canceled through the end of April.
If you had purchased a ticket to one of the workshops that has been canceled, we are not able to issue refunds but you will be receiving a digital gift card as credit. Those gift cards may be held for use on a future class, you are also more than welcome to use that credit towards purchase of one of our products to enjoy now.
As of now we are not scheduling any new workshops for May or June until we have a better understanding of the timeline around when it will be safe for us to do so. That said, in person workshops are very important to us and we will absolutely bring them back as soon as we are able to do so safely. In the meantime, we have gift cards available to be used once our classes are back in action.
Home is your safe place, unless it isn't
Keeping you safe in your home is at the core of our business model. We do that by using materials in our process that are non-toxic and clean burning, and continually evaluating our processes to be sure that we are operating on the forefront of safety standards.
During this crisis schools are closed and we are all being asked to spend more time than ever in our homes. Unfortunately we know that for a lot of people, especially kids, this creates a very dangerous situation where home is not a safe place. We have compiled some resources aimed at helping those who are in dangerous situations, and those of you who may be in the position to help. If you have resources to add please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
